Pop'nKO Music & Entertainment has been in informal organization since its roots in 1997 as a joint music composition and freeware development enterprise. Through the years, the core team has grown and developed dozens of gaming titles of varying genres and platforms, eventually focusing on games involving musical interaction in the year 2001 with the dance simulation title ERICth Mix™ for the PC. Sequels to this title were released through 2004, with the final release ERICth The 3rd™ achieving widespread acclaim in the dance game community, featuring on several high-traffic web sites and generating tens of thousands of downloads.
